Tools: what’s available for practical use now?

The Programme’s pilot sites in London, Penarth South Wales, Solihull and Somerset produced a range of useful tools for practice from their diverse work. Contact information and material is offered below.

Penarth: this site was formed of principal partners Ty Hafan Children’s Hospice and Marie Curie Hospice Penarth. Tools to set up and run a shadowing scheme for staff across children’s and adult services were developed from the pilot shadowing carried out in March-May 2012 and are available here. The PSW team also created the Choices Game during Phase 1 and trialled it successfully with young people during Phase 2 when it was also used in the London site. using the game involves making choices about the elements you want in your support network.
